Cancellation and Refund Policies

Wellness to 100 offers online training and digital download products. Online trainings are referred to as a “Program”. You may cancel your Program in writing to kristine@wellnessto100.com within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Digital products include recipe books or other written or video content. Digital products are not refundable once downloaded.

Jurisdiction

This agreement between you, the user, and Wellness to 100 shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the state of California and the laws of the United States applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of California in any proceeding related to this agreement.
