Nice to Meet You

Hey there, I’m Kristine Layton Stebbins, Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach.

I am a corporate executive turned health and wellness coach. My passion is helping people who are struggling with excess weight, low energy, or are concerned about their risks for developing chronic illness.

I specialize in working with professional women who are over forty and are struggling to lose 5, 15, or 50+ pounds, are tired at the end of a busy day, are worried about their long-term health and feel they are missing out on fun activities in their lives.

I started Wellness to 100 because as a busy corporate executive, I struggled with weight gain, low energy, sleeplessness, stress, and a general feeling that my life was off track.

I was doing well on the career side of things, but my health, family and social life were not where I wanted them to be.  

I tackled these concerns over many years. It took a lot of learning, time, and effort before I figured out how to sustain my optimal weight, energy, social connections, and an overall feeling of well-being. 

Which brings me to why I do what I do...

I want to help you because I deeply empathize with other working women whose health goals have been at the bottom of their priority lists for too long.

As a result you find yourself over weight, no longer able to fit into the clothes you wore in your 20s and 30s, are tired and need a coffee to wake up in the morning and a sugary snack in the afternoon and generally are opting out of social activities because you just don’t have the energy or confidence to participate.

If this sounds like you, I get it. I was there for far too long until I took control and learned how to set myself up for long-term health success.

I created a program that incorporates science backed strategies on nutrition, movement, stress reduction, positive habit building and negative habit busting.

You need a plan to get you back on track. One that is sustainable so that you keep the weight off for good and have the energy for all the things that you enjoy.  In my program, I work with you to create a customized solution that works for you.

I believe that we cannot take care of our jobs and families without first taking care of ourselves.  I want you to get excited and achieve your vision of optimal health without expending years of effort like I did trying to figure it out for yourself.
